Intermediate Sewing - Sewing Machine Cover



 The goal for this class is to work measurements to create a craft project. ==Sewing Machine cover.
The Sewist will also be introduced to working with fusible batting, quilt binding, and the technique of stitch-in-a ditch and decorative stitching.

Supplies and Materials:

5/8 yards of outer fabric
5/8 yards of inner fabric
5/8 yards of fusible batting
Coordinating thread
Basic sewing tools

Requirements: Students must be confident in threading the machine, winding bobbins, straight line sewing, seam allowance, adjusting stitch length and crisp corners.
Instructor: Sheilah Butler
Instructor Bio: Sheilah was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area and began her sewing career in Junior High School and has continued her sewing skills for 50+ years. Sheilah loves to create and design her creations that include but does not limit her talents to gowns, clothing, children's clothing, bag making, quilting and teaching.
