Beginning Machine Embroidery - Mug Rug

In this class, you explore the creative world of machine embroidery.  Sewists will have the opportunity to utilize their basic knowledge of embroidery threads, needles, stabilizers, and other materials to make Mug Rugs.

Skill Level: Beginning embroiderers who have the foundational skills necessary to use their embroidery machines

Supplies and Equipment:  Participants must bring their own embroidery machine, fabrics to practice on, thread, and snips. (All of these items can be purchased in the shop, if you need them.)  We also encourage you to also bring a USB drive.  (We will stitch out a design already saved in your machine, but you will benefit from learning how to use the USB to save designs.)

Instructor: Teresa Henry
Instructor Bio: Teresa has been sewing for 50+ years, embroidering and quilting for many years as well. She is meticulous with her skills and takes great pride in her work.
