"TRIPPING" Quick "Trip Quilts
The finished quilt mimics the Old Trip Around the World pattern but is made with a simple method of sewing tubes and cutting and sewing them in designated widths and order. The results is a quilt design that lends itself to any choice of theme and fabric and looks as if it were crafted by a very accomplished quilter. Eleanor Burns' book, Quilt in a Day Quick Trip Quilts, is needed for the class and can be purchased from Quilt 'n Fabric or online booksellers.
