The goal of this class is to learn the basics of sewing in preparation for sewing and beginning quilting. This is the first of a three-block class unit. Students are encouraged to take ALL three units.

The second of a three-class block that teaches basic sewing skills to those who have never sewn. Students will make a pin cushion in this class.

This is the last of the three-class series of teaching students the fundamentals of basic sewing. Students will make a pillowcase using the skills they learned.

Learn the very basics of machine embroidery. We will discuss threads, needles, and stabilizers. We will also talk about making design purchases and saving them for transfer to a USB.
